tools and processes is a difficult gig in the best of situations

I think this would be extremely valuable to both new and experienced professional PMs.
It offers innovative solutions for typical issues of strategy, scheduling, technology and organizational processes.
Project management is an art form in itself and being able to balance your team, tools and processes is a difficult gig in the best of situations. As a veteran IT professional, I’m most often on the receiving end of project management and I know that a successful PM can make or break any project.
This book offers insights about just how to get things done that I would love to see in my colleagues.
